Privacy Statement – Min Eigedom Quick Report
Farm Resources AS | Ver. 1.3 | 3 September 2026
1. Who is the data controller
Farm Resources AS (org.no. 937 053 053) is the data controller for the personal data collected through the Min Eigedom Quick Report at farmr.no. Address: Redsevegen 99, 6141 Rovde, Norway Email: min.eigedom@farmr.no Phone: +47 456 30 045
2. What information we collect
When you order a Quick Report, we process: • Email address – if you choose to have the report sent to you by email. • The property you look up – e.g. municipality, farm/holding number or map position you provide to generate the report. • Payment confirmation – we only receive a confirmation from Vipps that payment has been completed. Your payment card/account details never pass through us and are not stored by Farm Resources AS. The report's own content (cadastral data, parcel boundaries, area and resource overview) is retrieved from open, publicly available registers at Kartverket and NIBIO – this is property data, not personal data about you as a user.
3. Why we process the information (legal basis)
• Performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)): we need the email address and the property you look up in order to generate and deliver the report you have paid for. • Legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)): necessary accounting documentation of sales, cf. the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act. We do not ask for consent to marketing or sharing with third parties beyond what is stated in section 5 – should that become relevant later, you will be asked separately.
4. How long we store the information
Order and email information is stored for as long as necessary for customer follow-up and bookkeeping obligations – normally up to 5 years, cf. the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act – and is then deleted or anonymised.
5. Who we share information with
• Vipps MobilePay AS is an independent data controller for your payment information when you pay for a report. We do not store card or account details, and only receive a confirmation that payment has been completed. See Vipps' own privacy statement for how they process your payment information. • Operating providers (e.g. hosting/email/Lovable) that process information on our behalf, under a data processing agreement, and never for their own use. We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not share your information with anyone other than those mentioned here.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access to, rectification and erasure of the information we hold about you, and the right to request restriction of processing or data portability. Contact us at min.eigedom@farmr.no to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (www.datatilsynet.no) if you believe we are not processing your data in accordance with the regulations.
7. Cookies and simple visitor statistics
The website uses only one necessary, technical cookie (__cf_bm, set by Cloudflare) for bot protection and reliable operation. It lasts about 30 minutes and is deleted automatically – this is a necessary cookie that does not require consent. We also use a simple, built-in visitor statistics tool (from our publishing platform) that measures page views, visit duration and traffic sources in aggregate form. It does not build individual user profiles, does not track you across visits, and does not share data with third parties. We use no marketing or tracking cookies (e.g. Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel). The website links to LinkedIn. If you choose to click through, LinkedIn's own privacy terms apply – we do not track the click itself.
8. Changes to this privacy statement
We may update this statement as needed, e.g. when new service levels open for self-service sales. The latest version is always available at farmr.no.
