Terms of Sale – Min Eigedom Quick Report

Farm Resources AS | Ver. 1.5 | 3 September 2026

1. Product and price description

Min Eigedom – Quick Report is a self-service report about a property, drawn from public registers (the Norwegian Cadastre, Kartverket). The report shows parcel boundaries, area and resource overview, and includes GPS functionality, delivered digitally to your mobile. The report can be sent to a given email address as a PDF.

2. Seller

Farm Resources AS, org.no. 937 053 053, Redsevegen 99, 6141 Rovde, Norway. Email: min.eigedom@farmr.no. Phone: +47 456 30 045. Website: farmr.no.

3. What you are buying

The Quick Report is an automatically generated overview of one property of your choice, based on publicly available information from the Norwegian Cadastre at the time of ordering. The report includes cadastral data, parcel boundaries, area and resource overview, and a map view of the property with GPS functionality. The report is intended as a quick overview, not a legal assessment. For more thorough mapping of rights, resources and opportunities – such as land consolidation cases, property history, generational transfers, sale or negotiation – please see our Extended Property Report, which can be ordered separately and handled manually by Farm Resources.

4. Price and payment

The price for the Quick Report is stated in Norwegian kroner on the order page before you complete the purchase. Payment is made in full at the time of ordering, via Vipps. We do not store your payment details – this is handled by Vipps MobilePay AS.

5. Delivery

The report is generated automatically to your mobile or desktop device, normally within a few minutes after approved payment. You may choose to have the report sent to the email address provided at order. If the report fails to arrive for technical reasons, contact us at min.eigedom@farmr.no and we will arrange a new delivery or a refund.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Quick Report is digital content not delivered on a physical medium, and delivery begins immediately after approved payment. In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act § 22 letter n, you lose the right of withdrawal when you have expressly consented to delivery beginning before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, and you have simultaneously acknowledged that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal. This consent requires a separate, express action by the customer on the order page, in addition to and separate from the general acceptance of these terms of sale.

7. Complaints and errors

The report is based on public registers (Kartverket et al.) as they appear at the time of ordering. We cannot guarantee that these sources are fully updated or error-free. If you discover obvious errors in the report caused by our processing, such as the wrong property being retrieved or a technical generation error, contact us at min.eigedom@farmr.no – we will correct the error or refund the purchase.

8. Privacy

The information you provide when ordering, including your email address and the property you look up, is processed in accordance with privacy legislation and our privacy statement at farmr.no.

9. Force majeure and changes

Farm Resources AS cannot be held liable for delays or deficiencies caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as outages at Kartverket, Vipps or our hosting provider. We may change the price and content of the service going forward, but such changes do not apply to already completed purchases.

10. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be sent to min.eigedom@farmr.no. If we cannot reach an agreement, the matter may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority or Consumer Council.
